LUDIKA SELECTED BY THE KICKSTARTER + GOOGLE NEXT WAVE FUND
Ludika selected by the Kickstarter + Google Next Wave Fund

Ludika Was Chosen by Kickstarter. Yes, that Kickstarter!
We have some news, and we're going to try to be cool about it.
deep breath
Ludika has been selected by Kickstarter as a Projects We Love pick, chosen from a competitive field for our innovation, design, potential, and (we're told) our dedication to actually building something the tabletop hobby deserves. Kickstarter's team will be giving us dedicated support and promotion as we head into our campaign launch.
We're not going to lie. We did a little dance.
So What Is Ludika, Exactly?
Ludika is a browser-based virtual tabletop built for complex board games and wargames. The kind of games that take over your dining room table for three days. The kind your spouse has opinions about. No download. No install. No rules enforcement engine telling you that you can't stack those two terrain hexes even though you and your opponent agreed it was fine. Just the game, exactly as designed, playable with anyone, anywhere in the world, right from your browser.
We believe the hobby's best games deserve a digital home that respects their complexity, not one that dumbs them down or shoehorns them into a one-size-fits-all format. That's what we're building.
What This Means
Kickstarter's recognition validates something we've believed from day one: that there's a real, passionate, underserved community of tabletop gamers who want to play their favorite complex games online without compromise.
This isn't just a badge. It's rocket fuel. It means more visibility, more support, and more momentum as we sprint toward launch. Every hexagon, every card, every counter-pushing wargamer who finds Ludika because of this: that's the point.
The Campaign Is Coming
Our Kickstarter campaign will be live soon. If you're reading this newsletter, you're already ahead of the curve. Stay tuned, we'll be sharing the launch date, what's in the campaign, and how you can help spread the word to every gamer in your orbit who's ever complained about setting up a three-hour wargame solo.
(We know you know a few.)
Thanks for being here. Let's build the tabletop platform this hobby deserves, together.
